Judge Michael L. Tucker


Judge Tucker was elected to the General Division bench in 2001. He received his B.S. from Wright State University in 1977 and his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1980.

From 1980-2000, Judge Tucker was in the private practice of law. His practice emphasis was civil litigation. Before his election as a General Division Judge of the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court, he was the senior partner in the law firm of Tucker, Fullenkamp & Singer.

Judge Tucker is a member of the American, Ohio and Dayton Bar Associations, and the Ohio Common Pleas Judges Association. He is a member and past President of the Carl Kessler Inn of Court. Judge Tucker was elected Administrative Judge of the General Division in 2013; as such, he is an Ex Officio member of all Judicial Standing Committees.
