Postponing Your Jury Service:

State law allows jurors a one-time postponement within the current jury year. Postponement of jury service will be made to accommodate both employer and employee schedules. If you are unable to serve during the time requested on your summons, contact Jury Services at 225-4704, Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to ask for a postponement until a reasonable time in the future that will be more convenient for you.  You may also request a postponement at http://eresponse.montcourt.org
