ELECTRONIC FILING-MONTGOMERY COUNTY OHIO

This webblog is a joint effort of the General Division Judges of the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court and Greg Brush, Clerk of Court.  The Court and Clerk required a method to help keep the bar and citizens informed about the electronic filing project.  This project will culminate in the ability to file court pleadings via the internet instead of on paper. Feedback is important in the development of e-filing.  This blog will help us to provide information and receive feedback instantly.  If you do provide feedback, please observe the following:

• Focus comments on electronic filing issues.
• It is ok to be critical but be constructive.
• Ask questions;  We will follow up with an answer whenever possible.
• Make observations based you your own situation.  Our planning and implementation groups are made up of a cross section of users and customers.  However, we know that we can not cover absolutely every situation that may occur.  Input from others will be very helpful to the process.
